My past is what I am
I was born in Sicily but in my early childhood my parents moved in the North, and therefore I grew up in Valdobbiadene area. As a young adult, I attended the Army Military Academy in Modena (Emilia) and become an Officer. As soon as I started wearing the uniform I had the opportunity to live in many cities all over Italy and especially Turin (Piemonte), Livorno (Tuscany) and Verona (Valpolicella) has given me great wine experiences.
I have always used every opportunity to expirience local wines and visit different wine yards in the areas.
Three years ago my job brought me to Rome where I studied as Italian sommelier (FISAR lever 3) allowing me to increase passion and knowledge for the wine-related world. Since that moment I cannot restrain my curiosity about wine and I use every moment to visit wineries, participating at wine fairs, and keeping myself updated on new wines and wine trends.
Right now I'm here in København to share my knowledge, my enthusiasm and all my experiences! I think Danish people deserve good wine-
